Rebecca Black

Rebecca Renee Black, born on June 21, 1997, is an American YouTuber and singer. Her name was featured in a variety of media after her music video for the 2011 single "Friday" became a hit on YouTube and other social media websites. A lot of music critics and fans critiqued Friday's track and called it "the worst song ever". Black was later able to release other songs like her Dave Days collaboration "Saturday". She has been uploading videos on her YouTube channel on a variety of subjects. She has also released two self-produced extended plays, RE / The BL (2017) and Rebecca Black Was Here (2021). Black was born in Irvine, California. John Jeffery Black and Georgina Martquez Kelly both vets are her parents. Her mother is of Mexican origin, while her father, originally from Iowa, is of English, Italian, and Polish descent. Black went to the private school from kindergarten through sixth grade, before moving to an elementary school that was public due to bullying. Black enrolled in the school's musical theater program since she believed that she was "meant" to be in the program. Black chose to attend homeschool in April 2011 to concentrate on her career and not be snubbed by old classmates. Black claimed she was also struggling in English classes because of her busy schedule.
