Kirsty Jane Gallacher (born 20 January, 1976) is a Scottish model and television presenter. After starting her career in 1998 at Sky Sports News, she hosted Kirsty’s Home Videos and RI:SE, before returning to Sky Sports News between 2011-2018. Gallacher is co-hosting The Great British Breakfast on GB News since June 2021. She is the daughter of Bernard Gallacher (a professional golfer who was also a Ryder Cup captain) and Lesley Gallacher. Kirsty Gallacher was born in Edinburgh, Scotland. When her father got the position of a professional at Wentworth Golf Club, they moved south to Virginia Water, England, when she was 18 months old. Gallacher as well as her younger brother and sibling were brought up in the Wentworth Estate where Bruce Forsyth was close to the family. Gallacher attended Coworth Flexlands, and St George's School, Ascot, Berkshire. She was invited by Mark Sharman at a Ryder Cup dinner[6[6.In 1996, she began her career as a production assistant, then she was promoted to the position of editor's assistant at Sky Sports.
