Aubrey plaza

  Aubrey Christina Plaza was born June 26, 1984. She is an American actor, comedian, and producer. Her career began when she performed sketch comedy and improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. She was a character on the sitcom Parks and Recreation. April Ludgate on the NBC sitcom Parks and Recreation (2009-2015), and later featured in the FX drama series Legion (2017-2019). Plaza was her first lead film role in the film Safety not Guaranteed (2012). In addition, she was in the films Mystery Team (2008), Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World (2010) and Monsters University (2013). She was also seen in Life After Beth (2014), Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates (2016) and The Little Hours 2017 as and An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn (2018). Plaza was born in Wilmington, Delaware, to Bernadette, an attorney, and David Plaza, a financial advisor. There are two sisters younger than her, Renee and Natalie.Plaza was named after the hit song "Aubrey" by Bread. Her father is Puerto Rican descent; her paternal grandfather Ismael was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and moved to the mainland US when he was seventeen years old. Her mother is of Irish and English descent. She has also stated that she has Taino ancestry.Plaza has stated "I was the most diverse kid in my high school, and I'm half-Puerto Ricon. In reality I'm blessed with a massive family and tons of cousins in Puerto Rico." The girl was "very Catholic" in a Catholic home , and she says that Christmas and movies are her most cherished activities. She was a graduate of Ursuline Academy, an all-girls Catholic school in 2002.
