Lake Bell

  Lake Siegel Bell was born on March 24, 1979. She is an American screenwriter, actress and director. She is an American actress, screenwriter, and director. In 2017 she wrote, directed, and directed and co-produced, as well as starred in I Do... Until I Don't. Bell was the voice of Poisonivy on the HBO Max series Harley Quinn (2019 until present) as well as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow in Disney+'s What If. (2021). Bell was born in New York City. Bell's mother, Robin Bell, owns the design firm Robin Bell Design in New York. Her father is real property developer Harvey Siegel, who bought the once-closed Virginia International Raceway and converted it into a racetrack country club. He also owned New Jersey Motorsports Park.Bell's father is Jewish and her mother is Protestant. Bell says she was born into a dysfunctional family. She attended The Chapin School, New York as well as Westminster School, Simsbury. Bell was a junior in highschool and was a student at School Year Abroad (SYA) the school in Rennes, France. For part of her teenage years, she resided in Vero Beach, Florida and attended Saint Edwards School. After going to Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs in New York, she transferred to Rose Bruford College, London. There she acted in theatrical productions such as The Seagull, The Children's Hour, Six Degrees of Separation, Light Shining in Buckinghamshire and The Pentecost.
