Joely Fisher

  Joely Fisher ( born October 29th in 1967) is an American actress and singer, the daughter of singer Eddie Fisher and actress Connie Stevens and half-sister of the actress Carrie Fisher. In 1994, she was a guest star as Paige Clark on the ABC sitcom Ellen. She was nominated for a Golden Globe Award. Fisher was a part of Inspector Gadget (1999), as well as leading roles on Fox's sitcom 'Til death (2006) as well as Wild Card (2003-2005). On September 2, 2021 the national members of SAG-AFTRA elected Fisher to serve as their secretary-treasurer. Fisher was born in Burbank, California on October 29th 1997. She is one of two children of Edwin "Eddie" Fisher (1928-2010) and Connie Stevens, (nee ConcettaIngoglia Both entertainers). Her father was Jewish and her parents immigrated into the United States from the Russian Empire, whereas her mother was Catholic and was of Ashkenazi Jewish, Irish, and Italian heritage. The second child of her parents with her sister, Tricia Leigh Fisher, was born in 1968. Her parents divorced in 1969, following which she and Tricia were raised by Stevens. Also, she had two older half-siblings, Carrie Fisher and Todd Fisher due to her father's marriage to Debbie Reynolds
