April Rose Haydock (born November 3rd in 1987) is an American actress and model. After being voted Maxim's "Hometown Hotties" winner in the year 2008, she has been featured in magazines such as Maxim Canada as the cover girl. She she has also appeared in television shows such as Guy Code, Girl Code, Chicago Faceoff with April Rose and Chicago Huddle. She has also appeared in feature films such as Grown Ups 2 as well as appearing on Speed as a co-host on Barrett-Jackson's Auto Auction. Haydock is a certified Oakton Community College emergency medical technician certificate and a PCCTI Chicago cardiotechnologist's license. She is also certified as an Rape Victim Advocates (RVA) medical crisis counselor. Together with Guy Code castmate Andrew Schultz she hosted MTV Spring Break 2014. She was chosen to play Kasey Knox , aka 'Hot Dance Teacher' in the feature film Grown Ups 2, where she portrays an Russian dance instructor and the girlfriend of Tommy Cavanaugh played by Stone Cold Steve Austin. She joined the on-air crew to Speed Live coverage of the Barrett-Jackson Auction in 2011. She stayed with them as they changed to Fox Sports Networks. She has been an on-air contributor for Comcast SportsNet Chicago since 2009. She is also the host and writer of a Chicago-based hockey show that is on Comcast SportsNet Chicago called Chicago Face-Off with April Rose that will run through eight episodes that feature each week a different Chicago Blackhawks player every week.
